– Nel 2012 ha fondato yourCFO Consulting Group, la prima società italiana di CFO Service e finanza operativa. Questo insieme a yourHR, yourDIGITAL, yourCEO, yourCPO, yourCMO, yourCLO e yourNEXT, che si sono consolidati nel 2019 nella creazione di YOURgroup, per portare in Italia il servizio di Fractional Executive. È autore della pubblicazione “Fractional Manager – una nuova professione per imprese che evolvono". A fianco a questa attività, svolge quella di Business Angel, sia come investitore indipendente, che, come socio di IAG, Italian Angels for Growth; è presidente dell’associazione nazionale Charta Nova e fondatore e tesoriere della Fondazione Homo ex Machina.
